Our Story

Established in 1985, Puget Sound Title Company was the first and only independent agent to service the Pierce County area. Opening with a zeal for excellent title and customer service, Puget Sound Title quickly found its market and continues to this day to provide superb title and escrow services.

Locally owned and still independent, Puget Sound Title Company is flexible and efficient in our delivery of title insurance products, escrow services, and marketing expertise. Our experienced professionals are cross-trained in just about every aspect of the title and escrow process, allowing us to provide comprehensive services and products which suit the needs of a rapidly changing industry.

We started small, with a shoe box of used pens and pencils and an old electric typewriter. Today, we have the most advanced production and closing software available. Puget Sound Title Company spares no expense in meeting the challenges of the industry.
